5. Now go to AnyColor options and choose appearance.

6. On appearance, make your background color white, and everything else (including header and footer text) to black.

7. Now on Header Image, download this picture, right-click on the picture and save image location. Now paste that on the Header Image.

8. On Image position on the Header Image, place it on the Upper-right and their you have it

You could alter you changes from the AnyColor though. . . you don't really need to follow my settings
